Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- - 2 tart red apples
- - 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
- - 1/3 cup melted margarine
- - 2/3 cup sugar
- - 2 1/2 t. cinnamon
How To Make quickest apple coffee cake

Step 1grease 9 inch round cake pan; sprinkle with half the nuts;

Step 2wash apples, quarter and core; slice each unpared quarter into 5 thin wedges; dip biscuits into melted butter, coat on all sides with mixture of sugar and cinnamon;

Step 3overlap biscuits in pan (15 around edge, rest in the center) with apple slices, tucked in between, peeling toward the bottom of the pan; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen from pan; invert over serving dish. Let stand a few minutes before removing pan. Serves 10 Source: My Old Recipes
