How to Make Quick Dessert
- Drain peaches and save juice. Use 13 X 9 X 2 pan - spread peaches on the bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 box of lemon cake mix over the top of the peaches. Add saved juice and several dollops of butter.
Bake at 425 for approximately 15-20 minutes. Until cake mix starts to lightly brown.
- Service hot with vanilla ice cream on top.
- Additional desserts:
1/2 box spice cake mix with 2 large cans fruit cocktail (same directions as with peaches) OR
1/2 box chocolate cake mix with 2 cans cherry pie filling (need to thin filling with a little bit of water). [Put filling in bottom of pan and follow directions with cake mix and butter.]
