quick coffee cake...
I have made this a few times & took it to work. I know why it's called quick but not sure why it's called "coffee cake" Because there is no coffee in it. Even since I have a friend at work who can't boil water to save her life says "I can taste the coffee, is it decaf?" LOL I love her...

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make quick coffee cake...

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375F. Lightly grease & flour a 8x8x2 inch pan.

Step 2Sift all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Step 3Mix all the wet ingredients together, then add to the dry & mix well.

Step 4Pour into baking pan & bake for 30 to 35 mins. Serve hot, warm or cold.
