1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons shortening, melted
1 - egg
1 cup milk
- sugar cinnamon mixture

How To Make quick coffee cake

Step 1

Mix & sift dry ingredients

Step 2

Combine beaten egg with melted shortening & milk
Step 3

Stir liquids into flour mix and beat.
Step 4

Pour into greased 9" pan. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon
Step 5

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
