YUM-O! Great for a weeknight dessert. I like to chill this overnight because it makes the crust softer.

Ingredients

  • - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • - 2 cups cold milk
  • - 1 small box instant banana pudding mix
  • - 9- inch graham cracker crust

How To Make quick banana cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese with a mixer until very soft, grudually blending in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly on low for 1 minute. (Do not overbeat). Pour into crust.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with crushed Nilla wafers, if desired. Chill.
