quick and easy cheesecake

This easy recipe was given to me years ago by my grandmother when I was just learning how to cook. It's an easy recipe for new bakers or for kids who are learning how to bake. I still make it today because it is a favorite of my cheesecake loving husband and it's a quick go to when trying to make a dessert for a potluck!!

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make quick and easy cheesecake

Step 1Cream together softened cream cheese and sugar

Step 2Once mixture is creamed add eggs one at a time until well blended.

Step 3Add lemon juice and vanilla and beat until everything is blended together.

Step 4Lay out one can of crescent rolls in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top then top with the second can of crescent rolls.

Step 5Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 min until crescent rolls are golden brown and cream cheese mixture is puffing up.

Step 6Let cool before serving. Serve as is or with chocolate sauce or your favorite fruit on top!
