This easy recipe was given to me years ago by my grandmother when I was just learning how to cook. It's an easy recipe for new bakers or for kids who are learning how to bake. I still make it today because it is a favorite of my cheesecake loving husband and it's a quick go to when trying to make a dessert for a potluck!!

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make quick and easy cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Cream together softened cream cheese and sugar
  • Step 2
    Once mixture is creamed add eggs one at a time until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Add lemon juice and vanilla and beat until everything is blended together.
  • Step 4
    Lay out one can of crescent rolls in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top then top with the second can of crescent rolls.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 min until crescent rolls are golden brown and cream cheese mixture is puffing up.
  • Step 6
    Let cool before serving. Serve as is or with chocolate sauce or your favorite fruit on top!
