Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup solid pumpkin
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips large bag so you have left over for glaze
How To Make pumpkin white chip spice cake

Step 1Combine cake mix,eggs,pumpkin,oil and milk (ONLY 1/3 CUP OF THE MILK. Beat at low speed, until moist. Then turn mixer up and beat on medium speed for two minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips,save remaining in bag for glaze topping.

Step 2Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. BAKE AT 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Step 3GLAZE: Heat remaining milk until it starts to boil be careful and do not let it burn. Remove from heat and add in remaining white chips and stir unti mealted. Pour over cake. OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE CINNAMON ON TOP.
