flour

baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
plus 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

eggs
1 1/4 c
sugar
1/2 c
melted butter
15 oz
can of pumpkin
4 Tbsp
butter
4 oz
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
honey
1/2 c
confectioners' sugar

How to Make Pumpkin Tea Cake with Honey Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk flour,baking soda,salt and pumpkin pie spice
  • 2In another bowl whisk eggs,sugar,melted butter and pumpkin until blended.
  • 3Fold in dry ingredients till blended.
  • 4Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan or a square pan Bake one hour at 350 till golden.
  • 5For Honey cream: beat butter,cream cheese,honey and confectioners sugar till smooth. Serve on top of slices.
