How to Make Pumpkin Tea Cake with Honey Cream
- Whisk flour,baking soda,salt and pumpkin pie spice
- In another bowl whisk eggs,sugar,melted butter and pumpkin until blended.
- Fold in dry ingredients till blended.
- Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan or a square pan Bake one hour at 350 till golden.
- For Honey cream: beat butter,cream cheese,honey and confectioners sugar till smooth. Serve on top of slices.
