Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 15 ounces can of pumpkin
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

How To Make pumpkin tea cake with honey cream

  • Step 1
    Whisk flour,baking soda,salt and pumpkin pie spice
  • Step 2
    In another bowl whisk eggs,sugar,melted butter and pumpkin until blended.
  • Step 3
    Fold in dry ingredients till blended.
  • Step 4
    Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan or a square pan Bake one hour at 350 till golden.
  • Step 5
    For Honey cream: beat butter,cream cheese,honey and confectioners sugar till smooth. Serve on top of slices.
