Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 15 ounces can of pumpkin
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
How To Make pumpkin tea cake with honey cream

Step 1Whisk flour,baking soda,salt and pumpkin pie spice

Step 2In another bowl whisk eggs,sugar,melted butter and pumpkin until blended.

Step 3Fold in dry ingredients till blended.

Step 4Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan or a square pan Bake one hour at 350 till golden.

Step 5For Honey cream: beat butter,cream cheese,honey and confectioners sugar till smooth. Serve on top of slices.
