yellow cake mix
1 16 oz
canned pumpkin pie mix
1 12 oz
evaporated milk
1 1/2 c
4 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1/2 tsp
1 c
pecans, chopped
1 c
butter, melted
whipped topping

How to Make Pumpkin Surprise


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.
  • 2Combine pumpkin,evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Spread in bottom of the pan.
  • 3Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans and melted butter.
  • 4Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with whipped topping
  • 5Refrigerate leftovers....if you have any.
