Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 30 ounces canned pumpkin
  • FROSTING
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make pumpkin squares

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Mix cake mix, eggs, milk, cinnamon, oil, baking soda, and pumpkin together for 2 minutes. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 30-40 minutes. Let cool.
  • Step 3
    For frosting: Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Spread over pumpkin squares. Keep refrigerated prior to serving.
