Pumpkin Spice whoopies

1 ccanned pumpkin
1/3 cbutter, softened
1 pkgspice cake mix
1 pkgcream cheese, softened..8 oz.
1/2 cbutter, softened
2 cpowdered sugar
1/2 jar(s)marshmallow cream
How to Make Pumpkin Spice whoopies
- preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil. If using foil, grease.
In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin and butter and beat on medium speed until smooth with a mixer.
- Add cake mix, eggs, and milk, beat on low speed until combined. Beat on medium speed for one minute.
Drop mounds of batter by heaping tablepoonsful, 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Keep remaining batter chilled.
- Bake for fifteen minuttes or until set and lightly browned around the edges. Cool on a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and butter. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add remaining filling ingredients and beat until well blended.
Spread about 2.5 Tablespoons of filling on the flat side of a whoopie and top with the second whoopie.
Store in an airtight container..makes about fifteen sandwhiches.
