Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING
- 3 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- cream or milk for consistency
How To Make pumpkin spice bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x15 pan. In a medium bowl mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin with a mixer until fluffy.

Step 2Mix the flour and remaining dry ingredients together. Then fold into the egg mixture.

Step 3Pour into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool completely.

Step 4For the frosting, beat all ingredients together. Add a little milk or cream to get the desired consistency.

Step 5Frost the cooled cake and cut into bars.
