Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (2 layer size) spice cakemix
  • 1 can(s)
    pumpkin, canned
  • 3/4 c
    miracle whip(regular or lite)
  • 3
    eggs
  • ·
    frosting recipe below
  • 3 1/2 c
    powder sugar
  • 1 stick
    margarine (softened)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Pumpkin Snack Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Cake.... Heat oven to 350.F.
    Blend ..cake mix ,pumpkin ,Miracle whip dressing, and the eggs with a mixer until well blended . Pour into agreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean . Cool completely
  2. Frosting...Blend all ingredients- Powder sugar ,Stick margarine ,and vanilla until light and fluffy . Spread over cake . cut into bars .
    Makes about 2 dozen.
