Pumpkin Roll Cake

My family loves this cake. The cake has a great texture which is almost like a pumpkin bread. You can also substitute any type of nuts you would like or leave them out all together. Enjoy!!

  • 1 box
    spice cake mix
  • 1 can
  • 1/4 c
    cooking oil
  • 3
  • 1 can
    cream cheese frosting
  • 3/4 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make

  • 1
    Beat the 3 eggs and add pumpkin blending well. Then add dry cake mix, cooking oil and 1/2 of the walnuts. Mix well and put in 13x9 baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes. Allow cake to cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle top with remaining walnuts.
