- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix the wet ingredients together beating with a mixer until fluffy. Add the dry ingredients in.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 4 mini loaf pan or two regular loaf pans. Pour in the batter and bake 40 to 45 minutes for mini pans and 60 to 70 minutes regular loaf pans.
