- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make pumpkin pound cake

Step 1preheat oven to 350 and grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.

Step 2cream butter and sugar. add eggs, one at a time. add vanilla. add pumpkin.

Step 3add dry ingredients and stir just till blended.

Step 4bake about 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5cool 10 minutes and remove.
