1 can(s)pure pumpkin (29oz)
1 can(s)evaporated milk (12oz)
1 tsppure vanilla extract
1 tspground ginger
1 boxbetty crocker spice cake mix
3/4 cbutter, melted
1 ceach, pecans & walnuts, chopped
How to Make Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and ginger until well blended. Spread into prepared baking dish. Mixture will be very wet.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Cool and enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.
