Just absolutely delicious. I take this to family holiday dinners instead of pumpkin pie because I never have to bring any leftovers home.

Ingredients

  • 1 can libby's pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 box duncan hines buttery cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter, melted (can used margarine)
  • 1 large cool whip

How To Make pumpkin pie cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix pumpkin, condensed milk and eggs and pour into pan. Sprinkle top of pumpkin mixture w/ dry cake mix and chopped nuts. Drizzle melted butter over top of cake mix. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares. Serve w/ dollop of Cool Whip. ENJOY!!!!
