Just absolutely delicious. I take this to family holiday dinners instead of pumpkin pie because I never have to bring any leftovers home.

libby's pumpkin pie mix
1 can(s)
eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
4 large
eggs
1 box
duncan hines buttery cake mix
1 c
chopped pecans
1 c
butter, melted (can used margarine)
1 large
cool whip

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix pumpkin, condensed milk and eggs and pour into pan. Sprinkle top of pumpkin mixture w/ dry cake mix and chopped nuts. Drizzle melted butter over top of cake mix. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares. Serve w/ dollop of Cool Whip. ENJOY!!!!
