Ingredients

  • 1 box
    butter cake mix
  • 2 can(s)
    pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    butter

How to Make Pumpkin pie cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix yellow cake mix according to directions on box
  3. Pour cake mix into a 9x13 floured and buttered dish
  4. Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spices, and eggs
  5. Pour pumpkin pie mix into center of cake mix leaving a 1 inch border
  6. Put cake into a 350 degree oven
  7. Bake for 70 to 75 minutes or until center does not jiggle
  8. After cake cools sift powdered sugar on top
