pumpkin pie cake
I got this recipe from a cookbook I purchased from Meals on Wheel.Time of the year for all things pumpkin. Really a good cake pie, all it needs is cool whip or chipped cream on the top. Very easy to make, and really delicious. Hope everyone likes it.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted, or margarine
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 large can pumpkin 29 oz., (not pumpking pie mix)
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (i used pumpkin pie spice)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup cold butter, or maragrine
How To Make pumpkin pie cake

Step 1From cake mix, reserve 1 cup of cake mix. Mix first 3 ingredients together, cake mix, egg and melted butter. Press into bottom of 13/9 inch pan.

Step 2Mix together pumpkin, 3 eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, milk and cinnamon. Spread over cake mixture.

Step 3Mix together the 1 cup of reserved cake mix, nuts, sugar and cold butter. Blend till crumbly and sprinkle over top of pumpkin mixture.

Step 4Bake in 350 degree oven, for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
