I make this for everyone who loves pumpkin pie in an easy eat form--cake!!!!

  • 30 oz
    canned pumpkin pie mix
  • 2 large
  • 5 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Cake


  1. Combine pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk. Pour into pan.
  2. Sprinkle cake mix over pumkin mixture.
  3. Pat down with spoon
  4. Sprinkle nuts over mixture
  5. Drizzle melted butter over mixture
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
  7. Garnish with Cool Whip or whipped cream if desired
