Ingredients

  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 1/3 - eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces

How To Make pumpkin pie cake

  • Step 1
    Mix together first 5 ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan. sprinkle entire cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. drizzle melted margarine over cake mix. sprinkle pecan pieces on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cool serve with whipped topping if desired.
