Ingredients

  • 16 ounces can of pumpkin
  • 4 - eggs
  • 12 ounces can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

How To Make pumpkin pie cake

  • Step 1
    Beat pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar,and spices together. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix. Sprinkle nuts all over. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Serve with Ice cream or whipped cream.
