- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3 - eggs
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- - pecans, 1/2 c broken and whole pecans
- butter, cut into pats as needed
How To Make pumpkin pecan bundt cake, mom's

Step 1Combine cake mix, pumpkin, oil, pudding, eggs, cinnamon and water. Beat at medium speed 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup broken pecans. Place whole pecans in bottom of a generously buttered and floured bundt pan. Secure with dots of butter. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Loosen center and sides with spatula. Invert and tip onto wire rack to cool.
