  • 12
    madeleine cookies
  • 1/4 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1/4 tsp
    (each) cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and cloves
  • 1 oz
  • 1 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 lb
    white chocolate

How to Make Pumpkin Madeleine Cake Balls


  1. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Blend butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Crumble madeleines into bowl. Add pumpkin, cream cheese frosting and all seasonings and stir until well blended.
  3. Form into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate in large bowl and one at a time dip into chocolate. Put sprinkles on while still wet. And place in refrigerator until hard.
    (keep stored in fridge)
