madeleine cookies
1/4 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
1/4 tsp
(each) cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and cloves
1 oz
1 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
powdered sugar
1/4 tsp
1 lb
white chocolate

How to Make Pumpkin Madeleine Cake Balls


  • 1CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Blend butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • 2Crumble madeleines into bowl. Add pumpkin, cream cheese frosting and all seasonings and stir until well blended.
  • 3Form into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • 4Melt white chocolate in large bowl and one at a time dip into chocolate. Put sprinkles on while still wet. And place in refrigerator until hard.
    (keep stored in fridge)
