Ingredients

  • 12 - madeleine cookies
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon (each) cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and cloves
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound white chocolate

How To Make pumpkin madeleine cake balls

  • Step 1
    CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Blend butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Crumble madeleines into bowl. Add pumpkin, cream cheese frosting and all seasonings and stir until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Form into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Melt white chocolate in large bowl and one at a time dip into chocolate. Put sprinkles on while still wet. And place in refrigerator until hard. (keep stored in fridge)
