I love pumpkin pie and this pumpkin dump cake tastes a lot like pumpkin pie with streusel topping. Whipped topping or whipping cream is very good on top.

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
pumpkin (not pie mix)
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1/2 c
sugar
1
egg
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
2 stick
butter, melted
chopped pecans (optional)

How to Make Pumpkin Dump Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, and egg, combine thoroughly, and pour into a 13 x 9 inch, greased pan. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pumpkin mixture, melt 2 sticks of butter and drizzle over the top of the cake mix, and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • 2Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
