This is a very good stand in for a last minute pumpkin pie tasting dessert! It is fast and easy! Some of my guests and family have stated "this is as good or better than pumpkin pie!"

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 - egg
- FILLING
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can pumpkin (15 ounce)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1 cup reserved crust mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, don't melt
How To Make pumpkin dessert

Step 1Mix the first three ingredients together, RESERVE 1 cup of this mixture; and pat remainder in an ungreased 9x13 pan.

Step 2Beat eggs,milk, pumpkin, and spices until well incorporated. Pour on top of the unbaked crust.

Step 3Mix the last three ingredients until crumbly and put on top of filling as a topping.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Very good with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
