Really can't remember where I got this recipe, But i'll tell you that you'll have to slap yourself silly it's that good!

Ingredients

  • 15oz cans pumpkin puree
  • 12oz cans evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup butter, melted

How To Make pumpkin crunch cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix Pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture into grease pan.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
  • Step 4
    Bake 50-55 minutes. Now be prepared to slap yourself silly, We have found that it is very rich so a little will go a long way. But just in case you have a fondness for ice cream, French Vanilla really tops the cake. Enjoy!
