Really can't remember where I got this recipe, But i'll tell you that you'll have to slap yourself silly it's that good!

- 15oz cans pumpkin puree
- 12oz cans evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
How To Make pumpkin crunch cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Mix Pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture into grease pan.

Step 3Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans.

Step 4Bake 50-55 minutes. Now be prepared to slap yourself silly, We have found that it is very rich so a little will go a long way. But just in case you have a fondness for ice cream, French Vanilla really tops the cake. Enjoy!
