yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c
1 c
butter, melted

How to Make Pumpkin Crunch Cake


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • 2Mix Pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture into grease pan.
  • 3Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
  • 4Bake 50-55 minutes. Now be prepared to slap yourself silly, We have found that it is very rich so a little will go a long way. But just in case you have a fondness for ice cream, French Vanilla really tops the cake. Enjoy!
