    pumpkin puree
  • 12oz can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 3 large
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Pumpkin Crunch Cake


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix Pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture into grease pan.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
  4. Bake 50-55 minutes. Now be prepared to slap yourself silly, We have found that it is very rich so a little will go a long way. But just in case you have a fondness for ice cream, French Vanilla really tops the cake. Enjoy!
