1 boxyellow cake mix
1 (15oz) can(s)solid pack pumpkin
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1 1/2 csugar
2 tsppumpkin pie spices
1/2 cpecans, in pieces
1 cbutter, melted
How to Make Pumpkin Crunch
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
- Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pie spice, and salt in large bowl. Pour into baking dish.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream for topping.
