How to Make Pumpkin Crunch
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 13 glass baking dish.
2Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pie spice, and salt in large bowl. Pour into baking dish.
3Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans, and drizzle with melted butter.
4Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream for topping.
