I was searching the Internet for a an easy recipe I could make in my muffin top pan and came across these gems. They were so easy to make and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 package spice cake mix
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 - egg

  • Step 1
    Prepare the Spice cake mix according to the directions on the box. Add dry pudding mix and pumpkin; mix well. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Blend in sugar and egg; spoon over the batter.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for five minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
  • Step 3
    I made these in my muffin top pan and baked them approximately 10 - 11 minutes. ENJOY!!
