How to Make Pumpkin Cream Muffins - Steph
- Prepare the Spice cake mix according to the directions on the box. Add dry pudding mix and pumpkin; mix well. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Blend in sugar and egg; spoon over the batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for five minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
- I made these in my muffin top pan and baked them approximately 10 - 11 minutes. ENJOY!!
