Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
How To Make pumpkin cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cut butter into patties place pieces into 9by13 inch baking dish. Place in oven until butter melts

Step 2While butter melts, in medium bowl mix together the flour,sugar,regular milk and vanilla, remove pan from oven. pour flour mixture into pan over butter (DO NOT MIX THE BUTTER WITH THE FLOUR MIXTURE)

Step 3Break eggs into 2 quart mixing bowl and wisk, add canned milk and can of pumpkin pie filling then stir to mix. Slowly pour or spoon over flour mixture(AGAIN DO NOT STIR IN WITH FLOUR MIXTURE)

Step 4Bake until the crust is dark golden brown about 1 hour. Let cobbler set 20 minutes before serving.
