My husband had this amazing cake at his mom's and he said I must make it. Mind you, he's not much of a cake eater, he loves pies, but this cake stole his heart! I've made it many times, it's always a hit and it's very easy to pull together. You won't beleive how delicious this cake is. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can canned pumpkin, 30 oz can
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans
- - cool whip
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan.

Step 2Combine eggs, pumpkin, milk, sugar, spice, and salt in medium bowl. Pour into pan, sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over mixture. Top with pecans.

Step 3Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown (watch your pecans, don't let them get too dark). Cool, serve with cool whip.
