pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting
I found this recipe on FB I believe.It is very moist and good, just tested it on myself and my husband,and both agree very good

Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz.) solid-pack pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 2 packages cream cheese (3 oz.)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 - pecan halves
How To Make pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the pumpkin,sugar,eggs,and oil till well blended.

Step 2Combine the flour, baking soda , cinnamon,cloves,salt,ginger and nutmeg until well blended

Step 3Pour into a greased and floured bunt pan. Bake 55 minutes on 350
-
Step 4let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out and cool completely

Step 5now in bowl, I use my kitchen aid for all the mixing. cream the butter and cream cheese till fluffy,add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy

Step 6I top with the pecan. ENJOY
