I found this recipe on FB I believe.It is very moist and good, just tested it on myself and my husband,and both agree very good

eggs

oil
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
ground cloves
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

2 pkg
cream cheese (3 oz.)
2 c
powdered sugar
1/4 c
softened butter
1 tsp
vanilla

pecan halves

How to Make Pumpkin Cake with cream cheese frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, beat the pumpkin,sugar,eggs,and oil till well blended.
  • 2Combine the flour, baking soda , cinnamon,cloves,salt,ginger and nutmeg until well blended
  • 3Pour into a greased and floured bunt pan. Bake 55 minutes on 350
  • 4let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out and cool completely
  • 5now in bowl, I use my kitchen aid for all the mixing. cream the butter and cream cheese till fluffy,add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy
  • 6I top with the pecan. ENJOY
