pumpkin cake/bars
So quick and easy! I cut this up, place it in a freezer container with wax paper between the layers. You can then take out a few pieces at a time. It thaws within a very few minutes and is great! I always make a double batch.

Ingredients
- 1 - carrot cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter (or margerine) melted
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup canned pumpkin pie mix
How To Make pumpkin cake/bars

Step 1In a large bowl place melted butter, egg and canned pumpkin pie mix and mix togegether (I just use a fork)

Step 2Add boxed carrot cake mix and stir until well blended.

Step 3Pour onto a cookie sheet (I spray my pan with PAM) and bake 12 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
