  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    boiled pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 3
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla powder
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg

How to Make Pumpkin cake


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cake pan.
  2. combine the sugar and eggs with a electronic mixer for 4 min. add oil slowly and beat. add yogurt and mix. then add pumpkin puree and walnuts and beat them slowly.
  3. combine flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and grated nutmeg in another bowl.
  4. slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet .
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
