Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiled pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 6 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cake pan.

Step 2combine the sugar and eggs with a electronic mixer for 4 min. add oil slowly and beat. add yogurt and mix. then add pumpkin puree and walnuts and beat them slowly.

Step 3combine flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and grated nutmeg in another bowl.

Step 4slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet .

Step 5Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
