Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiled pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 6 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

How To Make pumpkin cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cake pan.
  • Step 2
    combine the sugar and eggs with a electronic mixer for 4 min. add oil slowly and beat. add yogurt and mix. then add pumpkin puree and walnuts and beat them slowly.
  • Step 3
    combine flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and grated nutmeg in another bowl.
  • Step 4
    slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet .
  • Step 5
    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
