I love pumpkin! I also love this recipe because you can throw all the ingredients in the bowl and then mix! Simple but yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin, canned

How To Make pumpkin cake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9 by 13 cake pan. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed until moistened. Then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour in greased pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool completly. You can frost with cream cheese frosting. I on the other hand don't like anything between me and my pumpkin cake other than my fork! Enjoy
