This is one of our favorite fall recipes, and it's so simple to put together.

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - icing:
  • 1 - stick butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin cake

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored.
  • Step 2
    Add oil and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add dry ingredients and then add pumpkin; beat well.
  • Step 4
    Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step 6
    For icing:
  • Step 7
    Beat all ingredients for icing until smooth.
  • Step 8
    Cake must be kept refrigerated.
