Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - icing:
- 1 - stick butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored.

Step 2Add oil and mix well.

Step 3Add dry ingredients and then add pumpkin; beat well.

Step 4Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6For icing:

Step 7Beat all ingredients for icing until smooth.

Step 8Cake must be kept refrigerated.
