Ingredients

  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 small
    can pumpkin
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    icing:
  • 1
    stick butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Pumpkin Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored.
  2. Add oil and mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients and then add pumpkin; beat well.
  4. Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For icing:
  7. Beat all ingredients for icing until smooth.
  8. Cake must be kept refrigerated.
