Easy dense cake - great for fall! I used orange icing and pretzels to make it look like a pumpkin. Always looks better in my head!

Ingredients
- 1 cup very soft butter
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Mix sugar, butter and oil. Add in eggs and pumpkin, then all other dry ingredients.

Step 2Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 55-65 minutes at 350.

Step 3Add frosting or a glaze, but great alone as well.
