Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 cake pan.

Step 2In large mixing bowl add pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar,vanilla and salt. Mix well for 2 minutes medium speed.Pour in cake pan.

Step 3In another bowl with melted butter add cake mix and nuts. I start out adding 1/3 cake mix and 1/3 nuts and stir. I repeat this till its all mixed and crumbly. Evenly top pumpkin mixture. Don't be alarmed since topping is heavy it tends to sink into pumpkin.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Warm or cold if you like pumpkin you will certainly enjoy this!
