This is a nice moist cake good anytime of the year but particularly nice for the holidays.

This cake has the smell of fall and it is just so beautiful. It makes us want cooler weather! It was a snap to prepare and we would be proud to include it on our holiday table. (Next time we might make a glaze with powdered sugar and milk... yum!) The Test Kitchen
