Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz can of pumpkin
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegable oil
  • 2/3 c
    orange juice
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 3 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 tsp
    pumpkin spice or cinnamon

How to Make Pumpkin Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350.In large bowl mix pumpkin, oil, eggs and orange juice.Add the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and spice to the batter. Batter 3 small bread pans or 2 large bread pans. Laddle one per pan until all gone. Cook for 1 hour at 350. Turn onto a cooling rack and cool before slicing.
