Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup shortening or canola oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 3/4 cups libby's pumpkin pie mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 scant teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Cream 2 1/2 cups sugar and 2/3 cup shortening, or oil. Slightly beat 4 eggs and add to ceamed mixture. Add 1 3/4 cups Libby's pumpkin pie mix

Step 2Add alternately with 2/3 cup of water: 3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 scant tsps of baking soda, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 ea of the following: ground cloves, nutmeg and ginger.

Step 3Put into angel food cake pan, or bundt pan and bake for 350 for 1 hour. Keep an eye on it, as everyones oven is different. make take less time, or more. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
