This is my mother's recipe and is rather delicious! Not too sweet, and perfect for the Fall time of year. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 15 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
- MIX THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. SIFT THE FOLLOWING & ADD TO ABOVE, STIR
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES IN 9X13 CAKE PAN
- FROSTING:
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 stick butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
How To Make pumpkin bars

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

Step 2Sift the next 8 ingredients and add to the above, stir.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in 9x13 cake pan.

Step 4Mix the last 4 ingredients with mixer in bowl. Use to frost cooled pumpkin cake.
