Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium eggs
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, soft
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
How To Make pumpkin bars

Step 1In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add flour mixture mix well. Spread batter into greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Step 3Cream cheese frosting: Beat together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Add powder sugar little at a time till you get a creamy frosting. Make sure cake is fully cooled and spread frosting on and serve.
