- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegatable oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped prunes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon each, cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make prune cake

Step 1Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Add prunes and nuts. Bake in greased and lightly floured bundt pan for 1 hour at 350.
