Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon all-spice
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup pitted prunes, chopped and dusted with 1/4c. flour
How To Make prune cake

Step 1Blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Mix and sift dry ingredients and stir into wet ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, prunes, and nuts. Place mixture in 13x9-inch oan or two loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, or tested done. Optional-frost with vanilla frosting or glaze.
