Many years ago I won a free trip for submitting this delicious coffee cake recipe and we have enjoyed it even more after this.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups flour, pre-sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cinnnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make prize winning coffee cake

Step 1Grease and flour lightly a Bundt pan. Creme sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream.

Step 2Pour 1/2 of the batter into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the topping mixture over the batter. Cover with remaining batter.

Step 3Add 2 tablespoons butter to the remaining topping mixture. Dribble over the top. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes. Cool in pan and invert onto serving plate. Enjoy !!
