Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make praline cheesecake

Step 1Combine crumbs, granulated sugar and butter.

Step 2Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Step 4Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

Step 5Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 6Blend in vanilla; stir in chopped pecans.

Step 7Pour over crust.

Step 8Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Step 9Reduce oven temperature to 250 and continue baking an additional 30 minutes.

Step 10Loosen cake from rim of pan.

Step 11Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

Step 12Brush with maple syrup.

Step 13Top with pecan halves.
