My family are crazy about funnel cakes and they loves it. I make them for our home and have snacks and watch movies. It is so easy to make funnel cakes. It is so delicious and sweet and tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- - vegetable oil for deep-fat frying
- - confectioners' sugar or cinnamon sugar
How To Make powdered funnel cakes

Step 1Sift flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl. Make a well in center of flour mixture.

Step 2Beat egg in a small bowl. Add milk and mix well. Pour mixture into the well in the flour mixture. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Step 3Preheat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer.

Step 4Pour 1/2 cup of the batter at a time into a funnel, holding a finger over the spout. Drop batter in a swirl pattern into the hot vegetable oil.

Step 5Fry, turning once with a slotted utensil, until crisp and lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Drain funnel cakes on paper towels. Sprinkle funnel cakes with confectioners’ sugar or cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.
