My family loves this cake. You can frost it with Chocolate butter cream Icing or just sprinkle powder sugar on it. In the summer I serve it with strawberries or fresh peach slices with Whip cream!! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 - large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 sticks butter (room temp)
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pound cake

Step 1Put all ingredients in one bowl and mix on high for 5 1/2 minutes.

Step 2Grease and flour a large tube cake pan.

Step 3Bake at 325 for 80 minutes. this cake is great and so easy to make.
